The high power PoE injector has a “power booster” that converts the low input voltage of 24/48/56V DC into up to 55V DC and thus provides up to 72 watts to the connected devices. The “ColdDesign Technology” not only increases the input voltage but also reduces the waste heat generated. The injector increases the input voltage from 24V to up to 55V in order to meet the voltage requirements of the IEEE802.3af/at PoE standard. The integrated 4-PIN DIP switch allows you to choose between Mode A and Mode B to achieve PoE-compliant 30 watts or up to 36 watts for high power. You can also choose between 2 pairs or 4 pairs to achieve an output of 30/36 or 60/72 watts. The injector has been extensively tested for use in a wide variety of security, transportation and telecommunications applications.
