With the ALLNET ALL0488V6 Power over Ethernet injector you can install your PoE-capable IP devices such as WLAN access points, VoIP telephones and much more completely independently of existing power sockets.

For example, the most ideal installation locations in a building for WLAN access points can be selected in terms of radio technology without having to pay attention to the power cabling.

Switches that are not PoE-capable can be “retrofitted” with Power over Ethernet at a reasonable price, especially if you only need a few ports with PoE supply. In this case, the ALL0488V4 saves you having to buy a PoE switch.

The ALLNET ALL0488V6 supports the IEEE802.3af & IEEE802.3at standard with a maximum power of 30W.

The ALL0488V6 does not need to be configured. It has an RJ45 input socket and an RJ-45 output socket, via which the switch and end device are connected to the PoE injector. As is usual with Ethernet, the cable length between the switch and end device can be up to 100 meters in total.

Thanks to its compact design, the ALLNET ALL0488V6 can be installed very discreetly. Unlike its predecessors, the ALL0488V56 has an internal power supply. It only supplies the PoE voltage to pins 4+5 (+) and 7+8 (-), so you need an 8-core LAN cable.
