The LevelOne WAC-2013 is a Gigabit Wi-Fi controller designed for use in medium-sized and larger networks in SMBs, schools, guesthouses, hotels, and apartments. Centralized management of up to 256 APs provides complete wireless security and service solutions for any medium-sized and large wireless network.

The WAC-2013 integrates a variety of features that allow administrators to easily configure APs, including tag-based VLAN settings. Additionally, AP firmware can be updated, AP status can be monitored, and the number of connected APs and users can be monitored.

The WAC-2013 controller is also an Internet gateway with a robust firewall to protect against intruders, with up to 4 WAN and 4 LAN ports at Gigabit speed enabling fast and reliable distribution of data across the network.

The LevelOne WAC-2013 also supports real-time control of signal strength and interference information. Using these results, the WAC-2013 automatically adjusts the traffic load, output power, RF coverage, and channel distribution of the APs to optimize radio coverage and data throughput.
