Automatic control of up to four irrigation systems
The GARDENA Classic Irrigation Control 4030 is used for the automatic control of larger irrigation systems, usually pop-up irrigation systems such as the GARDENA Sprinkler System. The Classic Irrigation Control 4030 is particularly useful when the water volume is insufficient to operate the entire system – consisting of several irrigation systems – simultaneously. Even when individual planting areas have different water requirements, it regulates the individual irrigation intervals per line, thus ensuring customized and optimal irrigation. The Classic Irrigation Control 4030 is designed for the connection of up to four 24 V Irrigation Valves (Art. No. 1278-20). For versatile irrigation programming, up to three programs can be saved per valve. The irrigation days and cycles can be individually selected, the irrigation duration can be set between one minute and 3 hours 59 minutes, and can also be centrally adjusted from 0 to 200%. If irrigation is to be started immediately, it can be activated manually. The large, clear display with user guidance makes programming simple and intuitive. The GARDENA Pump Control (Art. No. 1273-20) can be connected via the master channel, allowing a pump to be controlled as an alternative water source. The GARDENA Classic Irrigation Control 4030 can be used both indoors, e.g., in the garage, and in locations protected from rain, and has a 230 V mains connection. To ensure reliable and safe irrigation control, a power failure backup is available using a 9 V alkaline battery (battery not included). A GARDENA Rain or Soil Moisture Sensor can be connected upon request for water-saving operation.
