The GARDENA smart Water Control enables fully automatic watering based on intelligent schedules and current weather data. Simply attach it to your regular garden tap and experience the benefits of the GARDENA smart system for yourself. Grab your smartphone with the GARDENA smart App with EasyApp Control and control your garden from almost anywhere. The smart Water Control works seamlessly with other GARDENA smart products, as they are fully integrated into the GARDENA smart system – including robotic lawnmowers, irrigation controllers, sensors, pumps, and power adapter plugs. All smart devices are connected to the internet via the GARDENA smart Gateway, allowing you to enjoy a fully automated garden. Another great advantage is the Auto-Schedule Assistant for optimized watering times. The smart system is quick and easy to set up with EasyConfig and guides you step by step through the installation. You can even integrate a smart home assistant such as Apple HomeKit or Amazon Alexa. The intelligent irrigation control works according to your desired schedule and the current weather data. It only waters when necessary: after a long rainy period or when rain is imminent, the GARDENA smart App adjusts the schedule. In winter, you can pause your watering schedule – the app even warns you if frost is forecast. With the optional GARDENA smart Sensor, you can measure soil moisture and skip scheduled watering if the soil is already moist and doesn't need watering. This way, your plants are well cared for and you save valuable water at the same time. To manually control the watering of your garden, simply press the button on the device and you can start watering immediately. The proven GARDENA valve technology ensures reliability and safety. Three AA batteries allow for seasonal power supply. In the plant library of the GARDENA App, you'll find practical tips from GARDENA experts and everything you need to know about the world of plants. To set up the required GARDENA user account, you must provide a user name and an email address. Please follow the instructions in the app. By the way: When setting up your GARDENA user account, you can use a user name of your choice; you don't have to use your first and last name if you don't want to. The email account you provide serves to verify that you are authorized to access the email account. You can also use an email address that does not include your first and/or last name.
