Flexible – durable – high scanning performance
With scanning speeds of 100 ppm and 200 ipm (200/300 dpi), the fi-7700 significantly increases process efficiency. Large amounts of information can be captured equally well from a wide variety of documents, such as thin paper, plastic cards, envelopes, and extra-long documents.

Smooth paper transport
The model automatically adjusts to different paper weights ranging from 20 to 413 g/m². The straight paper path minimizes physical stress on documents and guarantees reliable scanning of a wide range of paper types and conditions.
Operating a slider activates the non-separation mode, in which even particularly thick and long, folded and multi-layered document sets and envelopes can be scanned.

Innovative paper feed mechanism
The 'Skew Reducer' automatically treats each sheet in the document stack individually, so that a single skewed document can no longer adversely affect subsequent sheets. This ensures that information is captured completely and without delay – even when processing a wide variety of document formats in batches.
The paper protection function monitors the transport of the document and automatically stops the paper feed as soon as critical irregularities are detected.

Form follows function
The fi-7700's automatic document feeder can be moved to either side and rotated 180 degrees. The LCD integrated into the control panel displays the device status at a glance and allows you to initiate capture routines at the touch of a button.

Minimal work before and after scanning
The individually adjustable side guides of the automatic document feeder can be easily adjusted to the requirements of the respective document stack. The equally adjustable side guides on the output side ensure the orderly and clean storage of the processed documents.

PaperStream IP and PaperStream Capture
The fi-7700 comes with PaperStream IP, an integrated scanner driver and image enhancement module based on TWAIN/ISIS standards, enabling user-friendly operation, intuitive high-quality image creation, and real-time processing, benefiting post-scan routines such as OCR. PaperStream Capture enhances the document capture process, from adjusting scan settings, performing batch scans, and verifying data to sharing directories, archives, or subsequent processing routines. Users can easily perform data capture through an extremely user-friendly graphical user interface. Moving scanned batches to a queue for later retrieval is also possible.

Service and Support
A one-year Advance Exchange is offered as a standard warranty. This service includes online support, parts/labor, and shipping. Advance Exchange also includes the delivery of a refurbished scanner as a replacement for a defective one.

Service upgrades are available that extend the warranty period to 3 years, and we also offer services such as onsite services with impressive response and repair times, accidental damage coverage, and remote desktop support.
