Dock two laptops and switch between them to access workstation peripherals, such as two monitors, and seamlessly switch between laptops with the touch of a key. The downloadable hotkey software (available for Windows and macOS) allows you to switch between computers using keyboard shortcuts.

DisplayLink Certified

The dock is DisplayLink certified for plug-and-display compatibility with Windows, ChromeOS, and macOS, enabling operation and switching between multiple computers with different operating systems. DisplayLink technology also supports advanced dual-display capabilities on Apple M1/M2 MacBooks, which are not natively capable of driving more than one external display. DisplayLink certification guarantees support for resolutions up to 4K 60Hz on both external displays.

Charging two laptops simultaneously

The KVM dock supports Power Delivery (PD) 3.0 and charges both connected computers via USB-C. The dock supplies the active host computer with 90W and the second PC with 45W, allowing both laptops to be charged simultaneously.

Full-Featured Docking Station

Connect two USB-C computers to this dock to access a wide range of ports, options, and features. The dock offers

• 2 DisplayPort connectors for display on two monitors with support for resolutions up to Dual 4K 60Hz.
• 2x UUSB-A (USB 2.0 480Mbps) HID ports for USB devices, e.g. keyboard and mouse.
• 2x USB-A and 1x USB-C (USB 3.2 Gen 2 10Gbps) ports for connecting high-speed USB peripherals, such as SSD storage.
• 1x Gigabit Ethernet port with WoL (Wake-on-LAN) for a wired LAN connection (Local Area Network).
• 1x 3.5 mm jack socket (TRRS) with 3 positions for stereo audio output.
• 1x 3.5mm microphone jack with 2 positions for mono audio input.
• 2x K-slots (normal/nano) to secure the dock with a cable lock (sold separately).

The dock features a mounting system, allowing it to be installed using StarTech.com mounting accessories (sold separately). Our mounting accessories enable attachment to the VESA mount on the back of a monitor or any flat surface. The following mounts are compatible with this product:
