With twelve programs, the BPA-free BACKMEISTER® Design bread oven delivers bread variations from 700 to 1,000 grams. Whether gluten-free bread, bread size, or browning level: everything is selectable via the LCD display. The baking process can be pre-programmed for up to 13 hours using the timer button, and the bread is kept warm for up to 60 minutes after baking. In the event of a brief power outage, the power failure protection continues the baking process. Convenient operation is ensured by the cool-touch housing, large viewing window, and anti-slip feet.

The user-friendly, illuminated LCD display with soft-touch controls allows for program selection. The timer button, which can be pre-programmed for up to 13 hours, and the browning level selector are practical features. After the baking process is complete, the keep-warm function is automatically activated for approximately 60 minutes. In the event of a brief power outage, the power backup function continues the selected program after up to 15 minutes.

Thanks to its anti-slip feet, the white and black BACKMEISTER® design stands securely on the worktop despite effective kneading, and the large viewing window allows you to always keep an eye on the baking progress!
