Symmetrical mice can be used by both right- and left-handed people. However, left-handed people have to think differently when using them, as the mouse buttons were designed for right-handed people. Neither the position of the thumb buttons nor the general ergonomics are adapted to the needs of left-handed people. This affects the workflow and concentration.
