The Delock Digital Audio Converter (DAC) converts a digital audio signal into an analog stereo signal. A DVD or Blu-ray player, for example, can be connected to the input of the device, and the signal can be fed in either optically via TOSLINK or via S/PDIF coaxial connection. The audio signal is output via RCA connectors to the analog device. A headphone jack and a volume control are also integrated.
