This set from Delock allows patch cables to be locked into a network socket. The Secure Clip is attached to the RJ45 connector and replaces the locking tab. This locks the connector into the RJ45 socket, preventing the cable from being removed. Simultaneously, the socket is locked and secured against unauthorized use. This allows physical access to the network to be controlled in security-sensitive areas, such as public spaces or data centers. The system is compatible with standard patch cables. The Secure Clip tool is required to release the lock.
