The FTTX empty housing can accommodate up to four fiber optic cables and distribute them to four end devices using the appropriate adapters. It can accommodate four SC simplex or four LC duplex adapters (without flange). The housing consists of a front panel, the housing with a hinged splice tray, and a transparent plastic cover for additional protection of the spliced fiber optic cables. The box can be mounted on the wall or snapped onto a top-hat rail (DIN rail).
