Homematic IP contact interface

The Homematic IP Contact Interface enables the integration of wired glass break detectors or magnetic contacts into the Homematic IP Smart Home system. Existing glass break detectors or magnetic contacts are conveniently connected to the compact contact interface via a two-wire cable, which transmits status information to the Homematic IP system. This allows windows or doors to be reliably monitored via the Homematic IP smartphone app. The app warns the user if a pane of glass is broken, for example, enabling a quick response to the situation.
