No more standing outside in the dark: This reliable motion detector with a weatherproof housing and extra-long battery life monitors your outdoor area and turns on lights or triggers an alarm when motion is detected. The flexible and compact housing design allows the sensor to be individually adapted to local conditions.

POWERFUL, WHETHER LIGHT OR DARK
The powerful lens, with a detection range of up to 12 m, detects movements instantly, ensuring reliable and intelligent outdoor surveillance. The pivoting and 360° rotatable sensor precisely covers the desired area.

The integrated twilight sensor also allows for precise lighting activation in the dark or at dusk. Even on cloudy days, the sensor can accurately differentiate between brightness levels. Short-term brightness fluctuations are automatically filtered out.

EVERYTHING IN VIEW
The Homematic IP app provides an up-to-date overview of your smart home, giving you peace of mind even when you're on the go. When motion is detected while in protection mode, a push notification is immediately sent to your smartphone and an alarm is displayed via the app.

FLEXIBLE INSTALLATION WITHOUT WIRING
Battery operation and wireless communication allow installation anywhere. Thanks to its wide temperature range of -20 to +55°C and its weatherproof housing (IP44), the motion detector can be safely installed outdoors or in garages, for example.

FAIL-SAFE AND RELIABLE
Thanks to direct communication between the devices, the alarm is triggered even when the Internet/
Cloud connection is triggered. Even if the access point is destroyed, e.g., by a burglar, the other devices remain active.

EXTRA LONG BATTERY LIFE
By using two AA batteries, a battery life of up to 6 years (typical) is achieved, which makes the device particularly low-maintenance.

ADJUSTING THE TRIGGERING BEHAVIOR
