The ProLite T1721MSC-B2 multi-touch display with a 17-inch (43 cm) screen diagonal uses projected capacitive touch technology, which, thanks to a special glass coating, guarantees maximum durability, shock and scratch resistance, and perfect image quality. The solid stand allows for stable positioning of the touchscreen, which can be adjusted by 80 degrees for flexible use. The controls are located on the rear and can be deactivated to prevent misuse or facilitate cleaning. The ProLite T1721MSC-B2 offers a high-performance touch solution and is ideal for use in retail environments.

TOUCH TECHNOLOGY – CAPACITIVE
This technology uses a sensor network of microfine wires integrated into the glass surface. Touching the screen changes electrical signals, allowing the touch position to be calculated and transmitted to the controller. The glass surface of this technology is extremely durable; touch functionality remains unaffected even if the glass is scratched. It offers perfect image reproduction and can be operated with fingers (even with latex gloves) or magnetic styluses.

SCRATCH RESISTANCE
Scratch resistance is essential for touch solutions used in public spaces and schools. This is achieved by using a glass panel on the screen. This ensures a long service life of the touch function and, even more importantly, the touch function remains unaffected even if the glass is scratched.
