The Imou Rex 3D – 3K is the ideal indoor security camera with PT(Z) function (355-degree rotation, 90-degree tilt and 8x digital zoom). Thanks to its 5 megapixel resolution, the Rex 3D – 3K offers excellent image quality. Install the Rex 3D indoor camera in no time by downloading the Imou Life app and going through the steps. This security camera features full-duplex two-way conversation (listen and respond) and has an attractive “Black Pearl” design. In addition, the Rex 3D has advanced AI thanks to Imou Sense. This not only detects people, but also pets, vehicles, packages and abnormal noises. When monitoring is not required, the Rex 3D can be put into private mode, where the lens rotates inside the housing. Thanks to the built-in spotlight and siren, unwanted visitors are kept at a reasonable distance.

The 3K or 5 megapixel resolution ensures crystal clear, high-quality images. At the same time, the H.265 image compression method ensures that high-quality recordings and streams require relatively little space and therefore bandwidth. This enables optimal use of the available storage space and bandwidth. In the evening, the Rex activates the infrared-based 3D night vision, which allows everything to be clearly seen in black and white tones.

Rotate & Tilt
The housing of the Imou Rex 3D surveillance camera is motorized and can be rotated and swiveled. This means that no corner of a room remains undiscovered. The camera can be controlled remotely using the Imou Life app. In addition, the camera automatically tracks movements when detected by rotating (355 degrees horizontally) and tilting (90 degrees vertically).

Imou Sense
The Rex 3D has high-precision and intelligent recognition thanks to Imou Sense. IMOU SENSE™ is a self-developed AI algorithm under the Imou brand. This algorithm enables, among other things, the accurate recognition of people, vehicles, pets and packages. Thanks to its powerful calculation basis, the response time of IMOU SENSE™ for recognition is only 0.02 seconds; faster than blinking once for recognition and then immediately sending a notification.

Baby Monitor & Pets
In addition to securing the home, the camera is also perfect as a baby monitor or for monitoring pets. With the Rex 3D you always have an eye on things and will be notified immediately in case of an event. It is possible to receive a notification as soon as movement or a strange noise is detected. React immediately to an event by listening and reacting via the built-in speaker and microphone. Thanks to the infrared night vision function, a good image can be seen even in the dark. Furnishings
Download the Imou Life app (iOS, Android or Windows) and create an Imou account. Once logged in, select the “+” sign at the top right of the Imou app to add a camera. Scan the QR code on the camera and follow the steps in the app. The camera has a built-in 2.4 GHz WiFi chip. In addition, the camera has an Ethernet port for a wired connection. Next, select the Wi-Fi network and make sure the camera is close to the router during installation. The camera will then be ready to use in no time. To record the images, you can choose the Imou Cloud service, but also local storage with a MicroSD card or an Imou NVR.

Intelligent functions in the Imou Life app

– Notification schedule: Specify which days and times of the week the camera will send notifications.
– Detection area: Select the area in which the camera is active for notifications.
