The SecuFirm2 Mounting Upgrade Kit NM-i17xx-MP83 allows you to upgrade Noctua CPU coolers with 83mm mounting pitch (see detailed compatibility information) for Intel's LGA1700 platform (LGA17xx family). In the best SecuFirm2 tradition, the NM-i17xx-MP83 combines outstanding reliability, optimal contact pressure, and easy installation, allowing Noctua coolers to continue to be used on Intel's latest Core processors.

Caution: This mounting upgrade kit allows Noctua coolers to be mounted on LGA1700 (LGA17xx family) hardware originally designed for other sockets according to their specifications. Since the height specifications of LGA17xx differ from those of other sockets, it is essential to ensure that your cooler and LGA17xx motherboard are fully compatible before installation. Please consult our compatibility database to ensure that your motherboard and cooler are fully compatible. Noctua cannot accept any liability for damage caused by compatibility issues.

Please note that the NM-i17xx-MP83 set is only compatible with coolers that have a mounting distance of 83mm (see detailed compatibility information), and that for coolers with a mounting distance of 78mm the NM-i17xx-MP78 set must be used.
