In addition to a secure VPN connection via LANCOM IPSec VPN, the LANCOM Management Cloud (LMC) also enables location-independent work, allowing you to centrally manage your network components.

Dynamic Path Selection and Dynamic Traffic Steering also dynamically route applications via the currently best connection.

The LANCOM 1800EFW-5G enables direct connection to a fiber optic line (FTTH) via its SFP/TP combo port using a separately available SFP module (GPON / AON). Combined with an integrated 5G modem and Gigabit Ethernet for connecting external modems, the branch router offers maximum flexibility regarding the internet connections available at the location.

The LANCOM 1800EFW-5G offers Wi-Fi in the Wi-Fi 6 standard (IEEE 802.11ax) and can simultaneously connect both clients in the 2.4 GHz frequency band and modern end devices in the 5 GHz band to the network and provide them with fast Wi-Fi. Dual-band concurrent Wi-Fi 6 technology enables transmission rates of up to 1,200 Mbps in the 5 GHz band and up to 575 Mbps in the 2.4 GHz band.

With the LANCOM VPN Option, you can also upgrade the device to up to 25 VPN channels, allowing the infrastructure to easily grow as needed, even without additional hardware.
