In combination with the LANCOM Management Cloud, the SD-WAN gateway opens up all the possibilities for automated setup of secure VPN connections (Auto-VPN) between locations, including network virtualization. Highlight features such as High Scalability VPN (HSVPN) and Advanced Mesh VPN offer you a significant increase in scalability and efficiency for many branches and applications. If several WAN connections are defined, they are automatically operated in Active/Active mode (load balancing), thereby increasing the total available bandwidth. With Dynamic Path Selection and Dynamic Traffic Steering, applications are also dynamically routed via the currently best connection.

The LTE Advanced modem (Cat. 6) ensures fast mobile access with up to 300 Mbit/s downstream. This makes the LANCOM 1800VA-4G ideal for intelligent backup scenarios to protect business-critical applications. With an upstream of up to 50 Mbit/s, the module offers high speed when transferring data within the company network or to external cloud services.

The LANCOM 1800VA-4G offers full VDSL supervectoring support and is also downward compatible with VDSL2 and ADSL2+. Data rates of up to 300 Mbit/s are possible on existing copper lines.

With the LANCOM VPN option, you can also upgrade the device to up to 25 VPN channels, so that the infrastructure can easily grow as needed without additional hardware.
