Monitoring tracks with the included DJ splitter cable

To create good mixes, DJs listen to upcoming tracks through their headphones (called monitoring). They ensure that both the preceding and following tracks fit together well and adjust the speed of one of the tracks (if necessary) before beginning to crossfade between them.
