The SilentStorm SFX Gold 500 Watt is an “80 PLUS Gold”-certified SFX power supply for demanding applications. It offers exemplary efficiency of over 90 percent at 50 percent load and meets the stringent requirements of the independent 80 PLUS “PLUG LOAD SOLUTIONS” initiative. Its compact dimensions are 130 x 125 x 63 mm. Using the included ATX mounting frame, the power supplies can also be used in conventional ATX cases.

Connective

Thanks to the modular cable system, only the cables actually needed in the PC are used. To build modern systems, the 500-watt power supply features two 6+2-pin PCIe power connectors for high-performance graphics cards. In addition to the standard connectors for the CPU and motherboard, the SFX power supply also offers four SATA, two IDE, and one floppy connector. It is also compatible with Intel HASWELL CPUs.
