The vacuum pump
The vacuum pump, optionally available for the BLC01 and included with the BLC02, removes air from the carafe to prevent contact with the ingredients and reduce oxidation. This preserves nutrients and results in brighter colors, more flavorful aromas, and a smoother texture.

Accesories
A practical accessory set completes the product and makes it even more user-friendly. The press allows ingredients to be transferred into the central cutting area, ideal for thicker foods such as dried fruit butter or cold desserts; the spatula helps catch food residue inside the jug.
