Product description

The word “casserole” comes from the Latin word for ladle – as such, the handy pot with a handle was used for goulash, for example. Small dishes, milk, and soups can be heated up quickly in it. It is also practical for creams and puddings. While one hand holds the handle – the hollow handle doesn't heat up during cooking – the other guides the whisk in the pot. In a casserole, sauces reduce over a low heat, which is then poured onto the plates via the flared pouring rim without dripping. If something burns, residue can be easily removed from the bottom – thanks to the high-quality material of stainless steel or Silargan. WMF casseroles are, of course, dishwasher-safe and suitable for all stovetops, including induction. The pots are available with bulbous or straight sides, with or without lids, and in diameters from 10 to 24 centimeters.
