Anyone who has a juicy steak on their plate will be happy to have sharp cutlery in their hand. The steak cutlery includes a knife with a particularly sharp blade made of special blade steel with a serrated edge. It cuts powerfully through grilled food with a crispy crust and glides smoothly through thick meat. The steak cutlery fork has extra-long and pointed tines for skewering pieces of meat. The outer edge makes it easy to cut up baked potatoes and vegetables. WMF offers steak cutlery in two collections: In the Nuova series, the knife and fork are made entirely of Cromargan®, are dishwasher-safe and are available as a pair or a 12-piece set. In the Ranch collection, WMF combines Cromargan® stainless steel with riveted oak handles for the knife and fork. The special cutlery should be cleaned by hand; they are available as a pair and as a 6- and 12-piece set.

For the Nuova collection, designer Jutta Keil designed special cutlery for delicious moments – from brunch knives to cake servers and salad servers. They are used depending on the situation and taste: egg spoons for soft-boiled breakfast eggs, lasagne servers for hearty pasta casseroles, espresso and latte macchiato spoons for Italian coffee specialties. Designer André Stocker took a creative approach to the tongs in the collection and developed universal and pasta tongs as well as asparagus and perforated serving tongs. The latter can be used for mozzarella and tomatoes, for example – the marinade stays on the plate. The special cutlery and the dimensionally stable tongs are made of polished Cromargan and their simple, timeless design goes with any tableware. WMF offers the cutlery items individually or in sets; they can be put in the dishwasher for cleaning.
